Angelia Meaux, CGMP, has been a part of the meetings and events industry all of her professional career. She began her career on the operations side of hotels in Destin, FL. From there she spent 10 years in hotel sales with both Hilton and Starwood hotels. Her sales focus during these years included large citywide sales, government business, and various territories.

Angelia moved to Colorado Judicial Branch in 2014 as their first Conference and Event Planner and Coordinator. In her brief time with the Branch she has helped moved their meetings and events programs into a more streamlined process, has increased overall conference registration, and is currently in the process of greening all of their events. She is responsible for over about 20-30 events per year ranging in size from 30-850 attendees.

Angelia is a native of Louisiana and has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of West Florida.
