SMM Analytics: Driving & Proving Value

“Big Data” and “Business Intelligence” have become mainstays in our corporate vocabulary. But what do they really mean in the day-to-day work of a meetings planner?

Industry leaders say that “data is the DNA of a meetings program.” And with increasing interest by different stakeholders for meetings data, it’s more important than ever to have complete, clean meetings data and a library of actionable reports for various stakeholder needs.

Leading SMM consultant Kimberly Meyers will lead you through the advanced use of data in your meetings program — from building a business case for launching a meetings program (through SMM implementation), all the way to proving the increasing value of your program as it matures.

You will learn:

  • How to capture essential data from your meetings program

  • How to leverage data into savings on your meetings spend

  • To build the business case for implementing (or expanding) a meetings program
