Brian Burton
Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Optimization

Bringing nearly 25 years of hospitality experience, Brian Burton joined White Lodging in February of 2016 as the Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Optimization for the full service and lifestyle division, responsible for its sales and revenue strategies.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Burton held various sales positions at the New York Marriott Financial Center & World Trade Center, Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, and the Renaissance Chicago North Shore. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Revenue Generation for Marcus Hotels & Resorts. In his previous role, Burton was credited with creating revenue strategies that resulted in four consecutive record-breaking years of growth. He executed the launch of event manager and sales training and developed Marcus’ 24-hour Reservations and Customer Care Center.


Janice Zoeller
Senior Corporate Director, Revenue Generation
White Lodging



As the Senior Corporate Director of Revenue Generation for White Lodging’s Full Service, Urban Select and Lifestyle hotels, Janice Zoeller oversees the strategy and execution of the portfolio's sales efforts, focusing on profitable revenue growth, market share and growing the division's talent pipeline. Ms. Zoeller joined White Lodging in 2003 after nearly a decade in sales, working in hotels, resorts and convention and visitors bureaus. Since joining White Lodging, she held various sales roles for both the Louisville Marriott Downtown and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. In 2008, she was named as the director of sales and marketing at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown before joining the corporate team in 2013. Since joining White Lodging, she has received multiple awards including Sales Manager of the Year, and 2 time winner of Sales Team of the Year. Janice is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Communication.
